A Nebraska dairy is facing $79,000 in fines from federal safety regulators following a fatal grain-bin accident.
Inspectors from the Occupational Safety and Health Administration found that a Thiele Dairy worker died from his injuries after a sweep auger lacerated his leg as he was attempting to remove grain from the bin.
